Donating items
Donating items to Glasgow Women's Aid
Thank you for choosing to donate to Glasgow Women's Aid to help support the women, children and young people who are experiencing domestic abuse.
We have very limited storage space which means that unfortunately, we are unable to accept all items we are offered. When there are specific items we require for women, children and young people in our service we put out a donation appeal on our social media pages.
What we can take
There are certain items that we can provide all year round:
- New and unopened toiletries, such as toothpaste and toothbrushes, shampoo and conditioner, soap, deodorant, face wash and moisturiser, wipes – baby or facial, sanitary towels and tampons
- Supermarket gift vouchers
- Children’s activities gift vouchers

How to donate items
To arrange a donation, please fill out the form below. Please specify if you are able to drop the item(s) off, or if they would require collection. Our office is based at 30 Bell Street, G1 1LG, in Merchant City. We kindly ask that items are not dropped off at our office without prior arrangement. Please note we are unable to collect items that are outwith the Glasgow area.
Find your nearest Women's Aid group
We are so grateful for all donations offered, however it is worth checking if we are your local Women's Aid group. There may be an organisation nearer to you that is able to welcome your donations.
