Urgent Help
If you require any urgent help you should contact your key worker in the first instance, they should be available during normal business hours. If you are unable to reach your worker, please contact our crisis support line on 0141 553 2022 (option 1) and someone will be able to direct your call.
If you require help out with normal business hours and you are currently living in the refuge you can contact the On-call service. The number can be found in your welcome pack. Alternatively, you can contact Scotlands Domestic Abuse and Forced Marriage Helpline on 0800 027 1234. This line can be access by anyone whether accessing services or not.
Refuge Charges
If you wish to make payments towards your fuel payments this can be done as follows:

Pay Online
You can pay for your fuel charges online via our online shop using a credit or debit card, or paypal account.

Bank Transfer
You can make a one off payment or set up a regular transfer. Payments should be paid into our account, Glasgow Womens Aid, Sort Code 80-11-80, Account Number 00302826, the reference should be your name and flat number.

Standing Order
The Standing Order Form should be completed and returned to your bank. There will be a delay in this being set up while the bank process the form therefore it may be quicker to set this up using internet/telephone banking.

Cash
Payments should be made to the refuge office or directly to Bell Street. Please ensure you given a receipt to avoid any issues at a later date.
It is important that you keep up to date with your payments, failure to do so may result in Glasgow Women's Aid reviewing your occupancy. If you are experiencing difficulties in making payments please speak to your key worker, alternatively please contact the finance team on 0141 553 2022 (Option 4) or email [email protected].
