Training and Development Worker
Part time 21 hours per week
Salary £19,200 (£32,001 pro rata)

As a Training and Development Worker you are responsible for the internal and external
training across the organisation. You will deliver internal training, carrying out training
needs analysis to ensure learning and development needs are being met.

You will also develop and deliver a programme of Domestic Abuse Awareness to external
organisations and the public to promote awareness of domestic abuse and to improve
service responses to women and children experiencing domestic abuse.

It is essential that you have experience of developing and delivering training on sensitive
topics such as gender based violence, trauma or abuse. It is also essential that you have
knowledge of and a commitment to the feminist analysis of domestic abuse and to the
values of Glasgow Women’s Aid.
